Today begins the second annual picking of the BTD Preseason Football Poll. Last year, the BTD readers did not do very well. We did pick the first and last places in the conference correctly with Oregon and Washington State, but places 2-9 did not go very well.
One of the goals of last year's poll was to compare it to the media's poll at Pac-10 Media Day. The media didn't fare too well either, picking the exact same spots as us correctly.
Now it is a new season, and we will get things started today with the 6th place prediction for the North Division. Below you will find my prediction, along with the six Pac-12 North teams. Your job is simple, just pick the team that you think will finsih in 6th place. The poll will be open all day, and the next poll will be up shortly after.
Happy Voting!
My Prediction: Washington State
I think the Cougars are going to make some noise in the Pac this season, but I think they are still one year away from getting out of the cellar. The Cougs will have a pretty good offense with junior Quaterback Jeff Tuel and senior Wide-Outs Isiah Barton and Jared Karstetter, but only having two starting seniors on defense will hurt them.
