Oregon State comes into tonight's game with a record of 21-7, 2-1 in the Pac-10. The Beavers have good wins against Connecticut, Oregon, Long Beach State (2), and Arizona (2). Their bad losses have came against Texas A&M Corpus Christi, Seattle University, and UC Santa Barbara. The Beavers are currently on a three game winning streak after defeating Arizona twice last weekend and Portland on Tuesday. Oregon State is currently ranked 18th in the nation.

The Sun Devils come into the game with a record of 22-6, 5-1 in the Pac-10. Their good wins have came against Oklahoma (2), Cal State Fullerton, Arizona (3), and Oregon (3). Arizona State's bad losses have came against Delaware, Auburn, and Oral Roberts. In Arizona State's last game, the Devils defeated rival Arizona, 10-5, on Tuesday night in Tucson. After the series in Corvallis, the Sun Devils will head back to Tempe and begin preparing for a three game series with the Washington State Cougars, beginning on Friday at 6:30 PM Pacific.

Sam Gaviglio (5-1, 1.05) will get the start for the Beavers, while Arizona State will send out Brady Rodgers (4-1, 2.33). In Gaviglio's last start, Sam went 5 innings giving up 10 runs (4 earned) on 8 hits. In Rodgers' last start, Brady went 7.2 innings giving up 2 runs (Both earned) on 8 hits.

If the NCAA does not uphold the previous ruling before postseason play begins, then the Sun Devils will be able to play in this season's NCAA Tournament.

The weather is is expected to be great for the duration of the game. The Weather Channel calls for 54° and mostly sunny at 5:35 PM, with the temperature dropping to 46° near the end of the game. The weather for tomorrow afternoon's game also appears to be good, with only a 20% chance of rain throughout the game.

Go Beavers!
