The first day of the NCAA Basketball Tournament "Sweet 16" features the West Regional games from Anaheim on CBS, and including Arizona, the lone remaining Pac-10 team in the tournament, and the Southeast Regional games from New Orleans, on TBS.
The action starts at 4:15, when San Diego St. (34-2) takes on Connecticut (28-9) to open the Western Regional action, with the game between Duke (32-4) and Arizona (29-7) to follow.
The Wildcats of course are here after a pair of Derrick Williams miracles on opening weekend.
The other western team in action today is BYU (32-4), as Jimmer Fredette, this week's Sports Illustrated cover boy, leads the Cougars against Florida (28-7) in the first game in the Southeast, with Butler (25-9) taking on Wisconsin (25-8) afterwards.

Here's the place to weigh in on whether Arizona can upset defending National Champion Duke, or if Butler, who came within inches of beating the Blue Devils in last year's title game, can keep another miracle run alive. The Bulldogs have played an NCAA Tournament record four consecutive games decided by one basket.
And what about the Mt. West teams? Can the Aztecs or the Cougars, or both, get to Saturday's Elite 8 games?
