Oregon State (4-3) @ UT-San Antonio (4-4) - 10:00 AM (PST) - Nelson Wolff Municipal Stadium, San Antonio, TX - Radio on KKOV 1550

Oregon State and UT-San Antonio meet at 10:00 AM west coast time this morning in San Antonio to close out the Beavers four game Texas road trip. So far the Beavers are 2-1 on the road trip after defeating Connecticut and Indiana and losing to Texas A&M Corpus Christi.

Oregon State comes into this game with an overall record of 4-3. Before making the trip down to Texas, Oregon State went 2-2 in the FSU Tournament to start out the season.

The Roadrunners (4-4) of the Southland Conference began their season woth a four game series at Louisiana-Monroe, where they went 2-2. They then came home for a four game series against Saint Joseph's where they again split the series.

The Beavers will send left hander Josh Osich, who is 0-0 with a 10.80 ERA. The Roadrunners starter is TBA.

Osich's first start last Monday after sitting out last season with an injury was a rough one. Osich only lasted 1.2 innings and gave up 3 runs on 2 hits. The Beavers did climb back and eventually tie the game at four, but Fresno State got a run in the bottom half of the 9th inning to get the 5-4 victory. Osich struck out two and walked three in that game.

Last year, UT-San Antonio went 22-28.

Nelson Wolff Municipal Stadium is the off and on home of the UT-San Antonio team, and is also the home of the San Antonio AA affiliate of the San Diego Padres.

After this, Oregon State will return to Corvallis for a nine game home stand, beginning with the Hartford Hawks next Friday at 5:35 PM Pacific.

Go Beavers!
