Linebackers Few And Far Between For Cougar Game

Oregon St. coach Mike Riley announced that both MLB Feti Unga and strong side LB Cameron Collins, who were both injured in Cougarfest I last Saturday against BYU are out for this weekend, when the Beavers face Washington St. in Cougarfest II in Seattle.

Unga suffered a calf injury on the first series of the BYU game, and Collins aggravated an already problematic groin injury, and neither were able to practice by the end of the week.

Tony Wilson, who started at times last season, but was also knocked out of the BYU game will start at MLB, and Reuben Robinson will start for Collins. However, Robinson is also Wilson's backup, and will slide inside if Wilson needs relief, or over to the weak side if Michael Doctor, needs help, with DJ Welch taking his spot on the outside. It looks like Benny the Beaver will be on the depth chart at LB again this week if injuries continue to mount at the LB positions!

RB Jovan Stevenson will be a game time decision, Riley said Thursday as the Beavers packed up for the trip.

Go Beavs! (But try to not get hurt!)
