The diverse group of writers from around the SB Nation college football blogs took a little longer than the AP writers, but the post season top 25 has finally been compiled. Most teams moved around since the end of the regular season (the "Delta" column), usually as a result of their bowl game results, though there are some exceptions. Nevada didn’t move an inch, despite winning their game.
