California (4-3, 2-2) at Oregon St. (3-3, 2-1) - 12:30 PM Fox College Sports (Replay 7:30 FSN)
The Bears, who have been perfect at home, but anything but on the road, visit the Beavers, on Homecoming weekend.
Cal crushed Arizona St. 50-17 last week, but have have been blown out in two of their three road losses this season.
OSU has had two weeks to reflect on their trip to Seattle, where they rallied after falling behind Washington 21-0, but lost to the Huskies 35-34 in double overtime when Coach Mike Riley opted to gamble on a two-point conversion, which failed, rather than extend the game to a third overtime.
Both teams post-season hopes will take a big swing, one way or the other, in this one.
Oregon St. has won the last three meetings, and 9 of 11 against Cal. The current streak started with a 31-28 Beaver victory in Berkley in 2007, when time ran out on an unbeaten Bears team, which was poised to move to #1 in the nation had they won. Last year, Cal lost Jahvid Best on a spectacular tackle by Cameron Collins as he attempted to score, and eventually the game, 31-14.
We'll be at the game, and will have much more coverage afterward, but those watching or listening can chat here about how the game plays out, and why.
