The Bulldogs had a final shot at the Beavers today, but Mitch Canham's three run blast in the seventh inning put the Beavers out of reach, and Oregon State got the sweep.

The Beavers, (now 7-0), traveled to Georgia for a rematch from last year's College World Series. The Beavers won that game 5-3 in Omaha, and won this three game series by a combined score of 23-13.

Next weekend the Beavers will travel to Surprise, AZ to play in the Coca-Cola Classic, like they do every year. They'll play Gonzaga on Friday, Arizona State on Saturday, and Missouri on Sunday in a rematch of the Sun Bowl, but on the baseball diamond.
