After sweeping Washington State last weekend, Oregon State bettered themselves two slots to #8 in the ESPN/Baseball America Coaches Poll.
Oregon State starts a 3-game series with UCLA on Friday with the Pac-10 title at stake. Oregon State has assured itself at least half of first place. If OSU wins any game of the series, they get 1st place all to themselves. If UCLA sweeps the Beavers, the two teams tie for first.
The games will be Friday at 6, Saturday at 2, and Sunday at 12:30, at Goss Stadium at Coleman Field.
