Wisconsin's star running back Montee Ball, the best back in the Big 10, was reportedly attacked by a group of 5 strangers this morning. Ball suffered a concussion, and was taken to the hospital, but was released and is now under the care of the Wisconsin University Sports Medicine program. Ball is expected to make a complete recovery, but there's no time table yet for him to return to pre-season preparations, which the Badgers begin this weekend. Oregon St. hosts Wisconsin Sept. 8, in the second game of the season.
