The Beavers will be ">visiting the "Big House" in 2015. Oregon St. has announced a road trip to Ann Arbor, to play Michigan in the largest stadium in football on Sept. 19, 2015.
It will be the 5th. meeting between the programs in history. The Beavers and Wolverines faced each other in the 1965 Rose Bowl, following the 1964 season, a 34-7 Michigan win, and have played 3 times previously at Michigan Stadium, the most recent game coming on Sept. 20, 1986.
Michigan Head Coach Brady Hoke was on as assistant at Oregon St. from 1989 thru 1994, on the staffs of both Dave Kragthorpe and Jerry Pettibone.
The "Big House" has been a house of horrors for Oregon St. in the past, with Michigan winning 18-7 in 1959, 41-0 in 1966, and 31-12 in 1986.
The game is a by-product of the Pac-12/Big 10 (B1G) scheduling alliance, but no return engagement has yet been announced.
