The second is Johnathan Franklin of UCLA, who ran for a season-low 45 yards in a losing effort against the Beavers at the Rose Bowl. The third finalist? Kenjon Barner of Oregon, who, as you might have heard, plays the Beavers this weekend. Here's hoping for a hat trick.
