Oregon St. picked up their 11th recruit for the 2013 class when Brandon Arnold from Crespi High in Encino, CA, verbally committed to the Beavers on Veterans' Day.

Arnold, a 6'1", 190 lb. safety, is rated a 3 star recruit by both Scout and Rivals, and is the #40 safety prospect nationally on Rivals' ranking.

Arnold choose the Beavers over offers he had from Arizona, California, Colorado, and Washington St. in the Pac-12, as well as Colorado St., Iowa St., Hawaii, Michigan St., South Dakota, and South Dakota St.
