Former Oregon St. quarterback Derek Anderson has signed with the Carolina Panthers. Anderson, who was last with the Arizona Cardinals, will be re-united with offensive coordinator Rob Chudzinski, who held the same position with Cleveland in 2007, when Anderson had his best year ever, leading the Browns to a 10-6 record, and earning himself a trip to the NFL Pro Bowl. Anderson takes the spot previously occupied by another former Beaver, Matt Moore, who has moved on to the Miami Dolphins.
