Oregon leap-frogged Stanford, amongst others, with their impressive 53-30 win down on the Farm. For the second year in a row, Boise St. saw their hopes for a BCS Bowl, and maybe even a championship game appearance, evaporate for want of a place kicker who could hit a chip shot. Penn St. had a bad week, and might have some lingering affects in the weeks to come, due to the rippling effects of staff shakeup.
