RS Frosh O-Line Reserve Tyler Thomas Kicked Off Team

The details on this incident aren't too pretty. Let's just hope the next chapter of this kid's life is more productive... and doesn't include tasers.

Thomas, 19, of Kalispell, Mont., was arrested Sunday morning.

According to information from the Corvallis Police Department, at about 4:51 a.m., police were called to 519 N.W. 14th Street after a 32-year-old woman reported there was a naked man in the upstairs office of her residence.

When officers arrived, they ordered him to get on the ground several times, but he refused.

Then Thomas, who had reportedly been drinking, got into a "three-point stance" and lunged at the officers, who Tased him.

Thomas did not face charges involving drinking, but was booked and released on charges of on charges of first-degree criminal trespass, second-degree criminal mischief and resisting arrest.

Wow. All this while drunk and naked. Maybe it’s time Mr. Thomas get into some form of substance abuse counseling? Good luck, kid.

Three questions/observations.

1. Just how much beer was required for this to happen?

2. How come he wasn’t too drunk to get as far as where he was that drunk?

3. What more counseling about this being the wrong way to go could possibly be needed after being tased and then kicked off the team, which will cost him his scholarship as well, by Riley?

I can only imagine watching a naked o-lineman get tased while drunk is a sight to behold. I think I can survive without witnessing it. Kind of makes my skin crawl just thinking about it.
