The rest including one Pac-10 rival, are:

* Jeff Locke (So.), UCLA
* Drew Butler (Jr.), Georgia
* Peter Caldwell (Sr.), Utah State
* Ryan Donahue (Sr.), Iowa
* Chas Henry (Jr.), Florida, Junior
* Rob Long (Sr.), Syracuse

The Ray Guy Award is given annually to the nation's top college punter.

Great honor and VERY happy to see this

Johnny sure got off a rough start to his OSU career and I know many were down on him in the beginning, but this shows how you need to really trust in the players and coaching staff at times.

He has become one of those punters that has excelled to the point where he has been instrumental in OSU wins.

I’m looking forward to seeing him play this season.

He is personally responsible for a series on mini-heart attacks i had during his frosh year.

Frosh year was rough, but he sure has come around as a key component of the Beavs defense.

But even that year, I know they weren’t Ray Guy sky high 70 yard punts or anything but think back to the SC game and his placement of punts to keep the Trojans deep. And he had some nice moments in that win over Cal too that season. And he has only got better (just keep him out of the desert cross winds though!).

He has been ugly at times (pass the Pepto-Bismol, please) but there’s no denying that he’s got a big leg. If he gets all the little details down, he can really boot it!
