Kind-of a let down, but let's defend our title!

For next year we will be busy in the NIT! :)

It's a very weak field

I think we have a pretty good shot.

Yep, I agree

And I think overall it is good for the team actually. I agree with Escrote below that it allows the seniors to possibly go out on a better note, and will get the younger guys some more game time experience.

More games never hurt....

Who knows if we will be able to make a run like last year, but it’s hard to say no to more court time, especially with the five freshmen on this roster who can use whatever extra experience they can get.

Thanks Jake!

Yes, I agree about more play time. I hope we get a couple games in at the least, for I really want to see more of what Brandt can bring. I really liked what we saw for the beginning of that UW game and think he should get some good game time in the CBI.

Five freshman?

I know Nelson is practicing. Is Murphy back practicing?

by Escrote on Mar 15, 2010 10:36 AM PDT up reply actions

I'm assuming so...

He broke a bone in his foot back in the first practice, and was supposed to be out for around four or five weeks. That was about four months ago, so I’m pretty sure that he’s healthy now.

I hope the school can turn a profit...

I can’t make the weekday game but will head out for the weekend game if we win. I can understand why fans aren’t overly excited. It should be good practice and a chence for teh seniors to go out with a bang.
