Darrell Catchings Catches A Good Break For A Change
Oregon St. wide receiver Darrell Catchings finally caught a good break, and has been granted an additional year of eligibility by the NCAA.
Catchings, who broke a bone in his wrist, as well as suffering an ankle issue, and missed all but the Cincinnati and Arizona games, will be listed as a red-shirt junior this fall, and still has two years to play for the Beavers.
In all Catchings has made 42 receptions for 505 yards, and one touchdown, in his career, while starting 10 games.
Catchings is counted on to compete for the starting split end job.
