Picks for Day 4 (Record 16-6)

ACC Tournament 1st Round: Virginia vs Boston College, 9:00 AM Pacific

The Cavaliers have been playing some good Basketball this year, but so has Boston College. Take the Eagles. Prediction: Boston College Eagles

Big East Tournament Quarterfinals: Georgetown vs Syracuse, 9:00 AM Pacific, ESPN

Syracuse can lock up a 1 Seed with a victory. That should give them enough motivation. Prediction: Syracuse Orange

Big 12 Tournament Quarterfinals: Texas Tech vs Kansas, 9:30 AM Pacific, ESPN2

No way the well rested Jayhawks lose this one. Prediction: Kansas Jayhawks

SEC Tournament 1st Round: South Carolina vs Alabama, 10:00 AM Pacific

The 5-4 game opens up the SEC Tournament, and South Carolina will be looking for revenge after the beating they took against the Crimson Tide last week. Prediction: South Carolina Gamecocks

ACC Tournament 1st Round: Miami (Florida) vs Wake Forest, 11:15 AM Pacific

No question here, the Demon Deacons should dominate from start to finish. Prediction: Wake Forest Demon Deacons

Big Ten Tournament 1st Round: Iowa vs Michigan, 11:30 AM Pacific, ESPN2

The only way the Hawkeyes win this game is if the Wolverines are still licking their wounds after they got demolished by Michigan State on Sunday. Prediction: Michigan Wolverines

Big East Tournament Quarterfinals: Marquette vs Villanova, 11:30 AM Pacific, ESPN

Should be one of the more interesting games of the day, but I'm still going to go with the Wildcats. Prediction: Villanova Wildcats

Pac-10 Tournament 2nd Round: UCLA vs Arizona, 12:00 PM Pacific, FSN

Once again, should be one of the best games of the day. Arizona wins it in Overtime. Prediction: Arizona Wildcats

Big 12 Tournament Quarterfinals: Nebraska vs Texas A&M, 12:00 PM Pacific

This one will be closer than the experts think, with Nebraska coming off of a huge upset yesterday. Well rested A&M gets the victory though. Prediction: Texas A&M Aggies

SEC Tournament 1st Round: LSU vs Tennessee, 12:15 PM Pacific

No question here, the Volunteers will easily take care of the Tigers. Prediction: Tennessee Volunteers

Big Ten Tournament 1st Round: Indiana vs Northwestern, 1:55 PM Pacific, ESPN2

I'm picking the Wildcats, but I wouldn't be surprised at all to see the Hossiers pull the upset. Northwestern Wildcats

Pac-10 Tournament 2nd Round: Oregon vs California, 2:30 PM, FSN

Oregon will have a little momentum after their Overtime win last night, but the Golden Bears should be able to beat them easily. Prediction: California Golden Bears

ACC Tournament 1st Round: North Carolina vs Georgia Tech, 4:00 PM Pacific, ESPN2

Some people think the Tar Heels have a chance of winning this game. They're wrong. Yellow Jackets will take this one easily. Prediction: Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets

Big East Tournament Quarterfinals: Notre Dame vs Pittsburgh, 4:00 PM Pacific

Notre Dame should already be in the tournament, so this game isn't a must win for them. Pittsburgh has been playing good as of late anyway. Prediction: Pittsburgh Panthers

Big 12 Tournament Quarterfinals: Oklahoma State vs Kansas State, 4:00 PM Pacific

The Wildcats still have a slight shot at a 1 Seed, which should be enough motivation against a tired Cowboy team. Prediction: Kansas State Wildcats

Big Ten Tournament 1st Round: Penn State vs Minnesota, 4:30 PM Pacific

The 6-11 Game in Indianapolis finds the Nittany Lions and Golden Gophers. This one should be close early, but I think Minnesota will pull away by the 2nd Half. Prediction: Minnesota Golden Gophers

SEC Tournament 1st Round: Auburn vs Florida, 4:30 PM Pacific

The Gators should handle Auburn with ease. Prediction: Florida Gators

ACC Tournament 1st Round: NC State vs Clemson, 6:15 PM Pacific

Even though this is the 6-11 game, I think it will be one of the best games of the day. Too bad it's not on TV. Anyway, Clemson should pull away at the end, but don't be surprised if NC State pulls the upset. Prediction: Clemson Tigers

Pac-10 Tournament 2nd Round: Stanford vs Arizona State, 6:20 PM Pacific, FSN

The key for Stanford in this one is simple: Make Three Pointers. If the Cardinal do this, they have an excellent shot at winning. In the end though, I think Arizona State will pull away for the victory. Prediction: Arizona State Sun Devils

Big East Tournament Quarterfinals: Cincinnati vs West Virginia, 6:20 PM Pacific

Will the Bearcats Cinderella run end tonight? I think it will, but don't be surprised if the Mountaineers lose this one. Prediction: West Virginia Mountaineers

Big 12 Tournament Quarterfinals: Texas vs Baylor, 6:30 PM Pacific

A struggling Texas team against a hot Baylor team. I'm going with the Bears. Prediction: Baylor Bears

SEC Tournament 1st Round: Georgia vs Arkansas, 6:45 PM Pacific

The 3-6 game sees two VERY similar teams. Both teams are quick, and both teams can shoot. In the end though, I like Georgia to win this one. Prediction: Georgia Bulldogs

Pac-10 Tournament 2nd Round: Oregon State vs Washington, 8:40 PM Pacific, FSN

The final game of a lengthy day features the Beavers and Huskies. Oregon State HAS to shut down Quincy Pondexter if they have a shot at upseting the Huskies. I think the Beavers will keep it close, but in the end Washington should win this one. Prediction: Washington Huskies
