Joe Burton (11) and Calvin Haynes (22) joined coach Craig Robinson at the weekly press availability at the Valley Football Center.

I hope they auction those off

Because they look pretty sick.

Go Beavers!

Sick as in, “Awesome!” or sick as in, “PUKE!!!”?

Lay off the 4 Loko, Connor.

Maybe at the ripe old age of 29 I’m simply too old for teal? Is this possible?

by ArbyOSU on Nov 17, 2010 9:42 AM PST up reply actions

Not if you keep drinking them.

Your intake just needs upkeep. Don’t let your 4 Loko levels drop! Don’t do it!

by ArbyOSU on Nov 17, 2010 12:05 PM PST up reply actions

you should just abstain for 4 loko completely, and instead drink gentleman’s drinks such as an OE40

it just look weird...

seeing our players wearing anything other than Orange/Black… especially Calvin Haynes who been seeing on Orange/Black/White for 3 years/

But other than that, the uni colour is ok. And it is for a good cause. And I agree with Connor, they should auction it off

by ximiankernel on Nov 16, 2010 3:27 PM PST reply actions

I think they could probably auction a few off. The rest they'll need to bag up for Good Will.

Huge failure here. Teal?! Really?

I’d rather see an alternate white hoops uni then this crap.

It loks like this is the first time

Burton and Haynes have ever modeled anything.

by Escrote on Nov 16, 2010 4:36 PM PST reply actions

Of course...

Who do you think we are, University of Nike? :P

by sangdorange on Nov 16, 2010 4:38 PM PST up reply actions

NOOOOoooooo!!!

Blue and orange… I think I’ve seen this color scheme somewhere…. Now where was it….?

by scotty256 on Nov 16, 2010 4:58 PM PST reply actions

I just can't understand

Why aren’t these basketball players getting called for pass interference more often? The refs suck!

by scotty256 on Nov 16, 2010 5:39 PM PST up reply actions

Speaking of which...

The amount of effort put forth by the Dairy Farmers of Oregon into those commercials is rivaled only by our O-line.

James freakin' Rodgers. Beast.

These. Are. Terrible.

Did the Vancouver Grizzlies have a garage sale before leaving town or something?!
I appreciate a lot of what Nike has done uniform-wise for the school in recent years, but sweet holy crap this is hideous.

Can we confirm that they’ll NEVER wear these on TV or at Gill? ‘Cause I’d prefer this be the only picture I see…
HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!

by ArbyOSU on Nov 17, 2010 9:00 AM PST reply actions

It's just one (pre-season) game!

As was mentioned on the radio yesterday, when people see the different uniforms, it will make them ask, “Hey, what’s going on?” That helps promote the cause (increasing access to sports for Native Americans) by raising awareness. It’s kind of like when the coaches all wore sneakers for the Coaches vs. Cancer game.

by sangdorange on Nov 17, 2010 10:53 AM PST up reply actions

Good cause, horrible uniforms.

OK… I can deal with it… but only for one game!

by ArbyOSU on Nov 17, 2010 10:59 AM PST up reply actions

Especially if they incorporated clear lettering for the names on the back and some sort of camo print.

by ArbyOSU on Nov 17, 2010 11:10 AM PST up reply actions

are you trying to say native americans have poor taste?

That's racis!

Haha, no, of course not. But these jerseys suck. I’m saying NIKE has poor taste.

by ArbyOSU on Nov 17, 2010 3:33 PM PST up reply actions

but the natives are the ones who picked the color out!!
