PrintHere's the place to talk about your thoughts on tonight's thrilling 23-21 win for the Beavers. Jacquizz Rodgers had 166 yards and one touchdown tonight, while Justin Kahut kicked the game winning 33 yard field goal with 7 seconds to play.

Three games come to mind in which we faced a very good team: Boise State (twice) and Utah. That’s about it.

BSU was #16 in 2003

BSU was unranked when we beat them 30-27 in 2005.
Utah was unranked in 2007
The 2003 Boise team ended up 13-1.

i suppose the argument FOR this game being bigger is the fact that Oregon State (hopefully) will be ranked as well as Cinci

after looking back through all six years, I’d say this is the biggest OOC home game in the Riley era. We just have to have this game.

UW and UCLA are on the way back up. OSU, UO, USC, and Cal have been consistently at the top of the Pac-10.
Anyone else thinking that the Pac-10 is going to be really tough next year?

I think we’re heading into a tough stretch. Fortunately, it seems like we’ll have some consistency in personnell for a few years.
