Kristick Diaries Coming This Fall

Oregon State Linebacker Keaton Kristick will be writing a weekly diary for the Sporting News this fall, starting later this week.

Kristick, one of 18 players nationwide, and one of four from the PAC-10, will write about topics on and off the field. Other PAC-10 players writing for Sporting News include University of Oregon CB Walter Thurmond III, UCLA CB Alterraun Verner, and USC guard Jeff Byers.

Funny little tidbit though(somewhat related). Last years USC game, #32s name was actually spelled incorrectly on his jersey. It read “Kistrick”. The orange jerseys, worn that night, were a surprise for the players and were rushed out just before the team arrived at Reser. So, for one of the biggest games ever(publicly/personally) for Oregon State, and for Kristick, his last name was incorrect. So, buildingthedam wasnt the first, nor will they be the last , I’m guessing. Go Beavs! 09’ Our Time! ALSO, great coverage so far. Keep it up guys
