Ducks are the college football version of Paris Hilton…they’re famous for no reason, they look pretty and they got a rich daddy.

I was just excited to see somebody call Oregon out
I support Takimoto in his effort to support Roger Kieschnick in his quest to becoming the best Kieschnick ever to play professional baseball.

So you guys actually heard Kirk Herbstreit say that, or you heard someone say that Kirk said it? I’ve searched for video/audio…something…anything…and I can’t find anything. VD putting this in quotes makes me think that it’s an actual quote, but I don’t see a link and I can’t find the source anywhere. I’d be interested to read/watch/listen to him actually saying it.
"When Bellotti attempted to shake the hand of Oklahoma State quarterback Zac Robinson after the game, Robinson offered his left hand. His right was swollen and battered from the Ducks' defense."

It was on College Football Live
Thursday.

Hmmm
I watched that and didn’t see it. I also watched the replays on ESPN.com. So far the only reference I’ve found anywhere is someone saying it on O-Live (which we all know is the home of rational, fact-based comments). Jake is saying he heard it on the radio. Typically when I see something quoted on here or AtQ, there is a source and/or link.
It seems to me that someone said that Kirk Herbstreit said this but nobody else actually heard the original quote. Maybe he did but ESPN cut it from all their videos…
"Now, with that said, the stadium is going to be much, much louder this year because the windows are into the boxes and in my judgment based on what I heard last fall and what I see, I don't think there's going to be a louder stadium in the country.

95.5 the Game
Friday morning. One of the guys on the MSP said that on College Football Live yesterday (Thursday) Kirk said that. Maybe they were lying? I don’t know.
Hi, my name's Connor and I am addicted to College Football
Now THAT I believe. Jim Rome Wannabe (a.k.a Chad the Dooooiiing) and crew would totally read that from O-Live and say it as fact. No big deal…it’s just going to be one of those things that can never be proven or disproven.

Yeah , well – you know – that’s just – like, – your opinion, man.
"It’s spelled S-H-U-F-E-L-T-M-E-U-P"
ah, and it is only just beginning
got to love football season, the only time you and I talk, where have you been?
-RVM
Mainly AtQ and CGB. It’s been really busy at work too, so I had to cut out of my wasting time on SBNation blogs quite a bit.
"It’s spelled S-H-U-F-E-L-T-M-E-U-P"
I’ve been busy over at Coug Center myself. Did you know that they actually plan on giving football another try?
like….college football? Oh wait, you meant soccer right?

I hear ya
I actually haven’t really been that busy here since baseball ended, summer work was much more busy than expected. Only when VD Special gives me assignments have I done much for BtD.
-RVM
I’m still waiting for my Mike Riley question to be answered! This is the perfect time, right before a season that could prove you wrong!

well
I don’t think that got directly addressed but the basic question you posed about expectations for Riley and his teams in the upcoming years is addressed by yours truly in the round table Q&A, so just wait a little longer (I heard we were STILL waiting on someone’s answers).
So, before then what do you think I would say about it all?
You are talking about the whole should we expect Riley to deliver bigger and better things right?
Oh, in case you are really curious I did answer your question about the new motto too!
-RVM
I knew I could count on you RVM. Its that crazy VD guy I have to look at for. He will promise you the world and then run off with another blogger when you are most vulnerable!
