The time has finally arrived... the Beavers kick off the Fort Worth regional today at 12PM vs. Texas A&M. 

You can find the webcast of the game over at www.gofrogs.com, and Mike Parker's call of the game can be heard on osubeavers.com.

For game previews, check out all of Building the Dam's coverage on the Fort Worth Regional.

Here's the place for all your game-day comments. The game starts at 12 PM PT... I'll get to the thread sometime around 12:30 and will be here the rest of the way. Should be a great game.

Exact opposite here. I think their behind-the-pitcher angle kind’ve sucks, but that’s just me.

So I’m basically not going to be able to concentrate on work today… I wish Parker would sync with the webcast.

Gaviglio playing well...

4K’s he gave up a double in the first inning but other than that, not much to complain about. He walked the leadoff man in the third, then K’ed up two guys and got out of it unscathed.

He's been quite the clutch hitter

from what I have noticed anyway. I was at game 2 of ASU series when he hit the walk off double (I think), then I seem to remember another situation down at Stanford when there were 2 outs and a hit from Koa.

Hard to say, a lot of good pitchers will return.

We’ll obviously have to wait until after the draft to speculate, but there’s Reyes, Waldron, Peavey, Gaviglio, Gorton, Starr… lots of arms.

Granted the view is not very good

but it looks like the ump is calling a HUGE zone for the Aggies pitchers and a tiny zone for the Beaver pitchers!

To with both of those called strikes to Carter bell were clearly balls (first on was way inside the second one was way outside) which even with the top down view we can see.

The way the game was going, the coaches (I think) just thought they’d go to the pen for Peavey to take the pressure off of Gaviglio. But it’s been all downhill from there.

But at the same time that is way it will be most likely from now on! It is post-season, nothing should come easy right? We knew they had the bats, and wow who would have thought the Beavs would put that kind-of of offensive game in today against what I read was suppose to be one of the best, if not the best, pitcher in this regional.

Damn what a game!

It was funny though

I was in a slight way glad the HR cleared the bases for then he had only the batter to worry about with two outs. Instead of bases loaded with all kinds of possibilities and pressure from the runners behind him going on.
