Yeah
I tried to match up Mike Parker with the video feed but I couldn’t do it. I decided to just go with Mike.
Off topic
Coach Robinson talked about our nin conference schedule today. He said we’ve got road games with George Washington, Loyola (Chicago), and Nebraska. We’ve also got home games with Colorado, Cal State Bakersfield, Sacramento State, and Fresno State.
audio is now working with the video for me

As I spoke it looks as if we got something going finally and got some hits to fall in finally.

I'm not one to complain about a three run inning
but dang seemed like the Beavs could have broke it more open there. Let’s get Waldron out of his travel funk here and his legs back under him and get some pitching going.

Arizona has been able to get a man on every inning
not a good sign

Yep, he has seemed pretty rusty/off tonight
My guess is they will try and get him through this inning since the damage hasn’t been too bad so far and then a pitching change.

nice finish with the double play by tagging out the runner at home plate
escaped from Arizona running up the score there

Go Beavs!
Glad to see the win—and thanks for posting the video stream links—much better than just listening!

Good win and nice comebacks!
Parker said the best start to a Pac-10 season. Good job Beavs! Game 2 first pitch change for tomorrow… 2PM game.
Go Beavs!!
765 for an Arizona baseball game, at 430 for USC?
Two of the more storied programs in the country (USC is arguably the MOST storied baseball program— I defy anyone to tell me they aren’t) That’s pretty pathetic. Even Oregon is averaging better attendances, aren’t they?
I support Takimoto in his effort to support Roger Kieschnick in his quest to becoming the best Kieschnick ever to play professional baseball.
Easter weekend exscuse?

There's no excuse
In a sport like football you will still get the high numbers even if your team is down. But in a sport like baseball if your team is at the bottom half of the conference you’re going to get numbers like those. I’m not making excuses for them (like VD said, their two very storied programs) but I just think that that’s the way it is.
I’m personally more surprised about Arizona when they are playing OSU (I bet there was a pretty decent OSU showing), but USC is very down this year. Lots of turmoil surrounding the SC team and everything.
Comparing to Oregon’s attendance isn’t the best barometer really since UO baseball is all new and lots of excitement surrounding the return of baseball. SC though had a surprising team last year that seemed on the verge of becoming pretty good so in a way I do also wonder about why bail over this short time, but we (Oregon State fans) have to also remember we know how it feels to have an athletic program down in the dumps and how that translates to a loss of attendance at events (though 430? yikes that is indeed horrible).
And OSU has a point with the nature of the sport, baseball isn’t a top attendance sport anyway even when the team is doing well.
