In case you haven't seen, Tony Bennett is the new Virginia coach. Why is this significant? Well, Virginia, in case you didn't know, is only a stone's throw away from Washington DC and in a powerhouse basketball conference, the ACC (put 2 and 2 together). And it appears that the Kentucky job is John Calipari's to lose. It doesn't look like Craig Robinson is on any other radar for the moment, which I am going to take as him staying here for a couple of years.

I've said it before: I don't think it's realistic that we expect Craig Robinson to have a long career at Oregon State. However, if he gives us another 2-3 years of solid recruiting and then takes a step-up job, he will leave us in a much better state and as a much more attractive job for other potential candidates.
