After a long, extensive tournament that included zero (count 'em... ZERO!) upsets, The Civil War claims the first annual Moment of the Year crown today.
While BtD would have liked to seen a more upset-driven tournament, we realize that yes, we did in fact create the bracket. That goes to show you what thoughtful, analytical seeding can do...
