10 Days Until Stanford--10 Things for Beaver Fans to Love
10. The Beavers have won ten straight games when Mike Riley has had more than one week to prepare for it (openers, bowls, games after byes).
9. Nine regular season Beaver games will be on National Television this year, including every road game except for UCLA--so far.
8. El Ocho Loco. James Rodgers. The Crazy Eight will push the limits of the flysweep this year.
7. The Beavers have the best record of ALL Pac-10 teams since last September, 7-1.
6. Reser Stadium will be sold out for six awesome home games this year: Hawaii, USC, Cal, ASU, WSU, o--the best home schedule in the conference.
5. Five NFL Beavers will likely make the Pro Bowl after this season: Derek Anderson, Steven Jackson, Nick Barnett, Ocho Cinco, TJ Houshmandzadeh.
4. 4-0 is Lyle Moevao's record as the starting quarterback and Mike Riley's bowl record.
3. After November 29th, it will be three straight...or would you say "6-2 versus lane county this century?" So many ways to describe a program in the rearview mirror.
2. TWO All-Americans who were out for almost all of last year with injuries will be back on the offensive side of the ball. Welcome back, Sammie Stroughter and Jeremy Perry!
1. Jacquizz Rodgers wishes everyone to get well soon.

Love to dream
All home games sold out? I’ll believe it when I see it. Great home sked tho, hopefully there’s butts in them seats.
And national TV and regional TV are separate things, better recheck that one.
If “Lane County” is in the rear view mirror, why does OS(U) religiously look back to see what the Ducks are doing. Wondering, worrying and obsessing. I’m referring to you fans here. Check ADQ and see all the non-posts regarding the state’s step children in Cornvalley. Seems ya’ll can’t go a post with out mentioning “Lane Co.” Keep your eyes ahead and off the “rearview mirror.”
Do we know for sure Perry is playing this year? From what I’ve read, not from blog written by guys who’ve never touched the practice field grass, is Perry is grossly out of shape and a joke of his former self. Too bad, cuz when that guy’s healthy, he’s dam (pun intended) good.
The rest of your points are (for the most part) based on fact and cannot be disputed. Good luck this year Beavs.

Very nice
Your orange colored glasses are blinding.
I see 6 Nat’l games. Penn State is ABC regional. Hawaii is FSNNW, another regional. And three are on versus, which hardly counts as national since most people have no clue what it is or where it is. Which is why Hanson f’d up that Civil War deal; ESPN2 was muuch better last year. I could care less about games on National TV; I care about winning the games on the schedule. I’ll be watching in person anyway. You should get to the Big Bean Dip, there’ll be plenty of open seats.
Like I said, when Perry’s healthy, he’s dominant. And he was early last year before the injury. He’s not healthy right now. He’s not even in starting shape.
I love how trying to use Little Sisters against Ducks fans is seen as an insult. Original. As in, it’s originally yours.
No need to apologize for talking about results, the actual facts are the only thing that carry truth in your posts. And the only thing noteworthy about OS(U) fans, is the disturbing over obsession with Lane Co.

Never been wrong before have you?
A case study in progress. Maybe a thesis project at the land-grant school?
