...and it could be good, or bad.
At first I thought that New Orleans was just playing their starters and some bubble players, and giving all the other guys some rest. But after I browsed around at the Pure Orange message board, I found that there were some rumors that Hass may be in trade talks. Why that would make him not get as much playing time, I don't know.
